Concerts on the Lawn
Join us this summer for a Free Summer Concert on the Lawn! Check back later for dates and details.
Pack a picnic basket, bring a chair or blanket and meet us on the lawn of the historic 1740-1743 Whitefield House lawn for a free community concert.
In 2021, we featured Dave Fry with Kris Kehr. Dave Fry’s work has appeared on PBS nationally, winning best Children’s Programming in PA in 1991 with his RockRoots program. Dave is the founder and was Artistic Director of Godfrey Daniels, the nationally recognized folk club. He has been a featured performer at the Philadelphia Folk Festival, all of Bethlehem’s Musikfests, and has toured Mexico and Germany as well. He has even played the White House lawn.
Dave’s concerts feature both traditional and contemporary folk music, spliced together with guitar, mandolin, banjo, wry and spontaneous commentary on American family life, and plenty of participation on everyone’s part. Dave Fry is unique in his ability to entertain all ages, and he builds a sense of community everywhere he performs.
Joining Dave on bass is Kris Kehr. Kris has performed with Dave as part of Steppin' Out! and with Pavlov's Dawgs. He is a talented songwriter as well.

Thank you to our sponsor!
This concert series is funded in part, by the Martin Guitar Charitable Foundation.
